Basic and no-frills, but immaculate and comfy accommodation with practical staff. Although perhaps slightly short of the 3-star standard, this hotel is choice for budget-travellers as well as families and rather for a short-break than long holidays due to lack of leisure facilities. **location** although the hotel is located outside alghero, it is only 10-min drive from the antique centre and fertilia airport. The hotel is situated directly on the seafront by a marina and offers lovely views of alghero across the bay.

They are very simply equipped with classy and useful furniture. Rooms possess little balconies offering beautiful views of the bay. **restaurants & bars** the restaurant on the ground floor offers both regional and general italian cuisine. The hotel is located in the locality of fertilia, just outside alghero's centre. The hotel, although located outside of alghero, is just in front of the marina and so can be ideal for tourists.
